These Rules and Bylaws govern the conduct of Local 118 officers and members and supplement the rules, regulations, and guidance for Local Unions, their officers, and their members set forth in the United Association (UA) Constitution.

It is understood that the public can best be served plus progress maintained and furthered in the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry only if there is a sound, reasonable and harmonious working arrangement between the employer and employee.

Dues relief is available to members in good standing who wish to have their dues requirements put on hold through a medical recovery or hardship. A loss of time form must be submitted to the office and approved by the Executive Board. For a planned event, a request should be made in advance of the loss of time. In an emergency, the request should be made as soon as possible. You can obtain a loss of time form, by coming into the office, or requesting one from Michelle at michellem@ualocal118.com.
